Any leather item:

• Any leather item should be stored in a dust bag in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

• Delivery within Cairo & Giza: 5–7 working days
• Delivery to other governorates: 7–10 working days

• Please check the item and try it once when you receive it while the courier is waiting.

• If you don’t want the item, it can be returned to the courier, and only shipping fees will be charged.

• In the case of receiving any wrong or damaged items, items can be returned immediately to the courier, and shipping fees will be covered by us.

• Items are non-refundable once received and paid.

• Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
